- ServiceTitan – online booking, scheduling, customer records, call tracking, and call recording
- LeadAI360 – the chat and HVAC quote estimator tools on our website
- Financeit – financing applications (Financeit’s own privacy policy applies to information you submit to them)
- Google – website analytics (Google Analytics and Tag Manager), maps, and displaying our Google reviews
- Trustindex – displaying customer reviews on our website
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) – advertising, and measuring how well our ads work
- Our website hosting, email, and IT providers
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.
Cookies

With your consent, or where otherwise permitted by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), for example after you have done business with us, we may send you emails or text messages about seasonal maintenance reminders, special offers, and company news.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email, replying STOP to a text message, or contacting us using the details below. Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop messages about services you have booked, such as appointment confirmations and invoices.

Our website links to other sites, such as our social media pages, Google Maps, and our booking and financing partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, so please review their policies.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to support warranties and to meet legal and tax requirements, and then securely delete or anonymize it.
