He was very knowlegeable about the system and carefully inspect everything and makes sure he gets the right diagnosis. He was very enthusiastic and respectful too. I once again needed Prostar assistance and every single time they provided excellent service from the first call you make all the way till the job is complete.  Darcy and Shawn have great experience and are very reliable. Amazing company. I called them to request their services and they were very friendly and polite, sent someone right away to my house to check my furnace and AC, once he arrived the service was top notch, friendly, professional, efficient and effective. I recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide, they always explain the options and information clearly.
